I LOVE EOS’s lip balm balls and have several of them in my collection. However, I haven’t had the chance to try out the hand lotions or the shaving creams yet. I had seen them in Target from time to time but never thought about adding them to my buggy. Last week that changed and I decided to pick one up for a review.
There are three different scents currently available for the hand lotions fresh flowers, cucumber, and berry blossom which is the one I chose. According to EOS the hand lotions are a combination of “light fragrance” and “velvety softness” and they contain shea butter, antioxidants, oats and aloe. EOS claims that their lotions provide 24-hour moisture, absorb fast, aren’t greasy, and are paraben and gluten free.
The first thing we should talk about is the packaging. The EOS hand lotions are in small, oval shaped, slim bottles. I find that the shape of the bottle is the perfect size for my hand. Also, the bottle has a bit of a cure to it so it feels super natural holding and squeezing the bottle. I did find that the first time I tried to open the bottle that it was a bit tough due to it’s shape as I almost squirted some on the floor accidentally. However, once I figured out how to handle it the bottle was a joy to hold.
I mentioned that the bottle was small and slim, do not take this to meant that you don’t get a lot of product because you DO. Plus a little bit of this lotion goes a long way. Speaking of the lotion lets talk about that for a moment. EOS’s claim that the lotion is fast absorbing and non-greasy is very true. I found that this rubbed in super well and didn’t leave a greasy film behind on my hand. As to their claim about the 24-hours, I will say that it probably depends on what you are doing with your hands. I’m constantly changing nail polishes for swatch pictures, swatching products on my hand, and washing my hands after dealing with animals so I apply lotion EVERY time my hands come into contact with anything drying. I’m sure someone who isn’t doing as many things that could dry out their hands would find that this does last about that long. Another thing I should mention is the scent, it wasn’t to harsh at all. There was a slight berry scent that lingered around for a few hours but it wasn’t anything that was offensive, overpowering, or sickly smelling.
Overall the EOS Berry Blossom Hand Lotion is a GREAT lotion and one that I highly recommend. I will probably keep this stocked in my bathroom to apply after washing my hands which is a very high recommendation on my part.

I always see this at Target and have never purchased it because I always use the same lotions. Now that I know this is a keeper, I might try it out! Great review!
