A few weeks ago the Sephora VIB Sale took place. For those who don’t know the beauty store Sephora holds two big sales a year, one in the Spring and one in the Fall. The sale is usually held over a weekend with Rouge, VIB, and BI members getting percentages up to 20% off all items in the store, NO EXCLUSIONS! I decided to share with you what I got in my Sephora VIB Sale Haul and I decided to do it with a group of ladies from the Geeks and Beauties group! The first makeup items that I picked up were three of the Huda Beauty Obsessions Palettes. Before I get into which three of the palettes I picked up let me issue a little warning about these. They are VERY fragile and Sephora’s shipping isn’t the best when it comes to fragile items. Of the three palettes I purchased only ONE of them did not need to be replaced due to being broken in shipping! Going from left to right the three palettes I got were the Mauve Obsession, the Warm Brown Obsession, and the Smokey Obsession.

The next makeup item I picked up was the Smashbox Create & Transform Master Class Palette. This palette is a box set that comes with 4 other palettes inside. The four palettes inside are a lip palette, a contour / cheek palette, an eyeshadow palette, and a palette of transforming powders. I will be doing a review, complete with swatches, here shortly on this!

The last makeup items I picked up were four different sets of lip products. The first lip set I got was the Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche Liquified Lip Set which is a set of four liquid lipsticks in the shades Whip, Demi Glace, Flambe, and Braised. The second lip set I got was the Hourglass Confession Refillable Lipstick Set which is a set of three lipstick in the shades My One Desire, True Love Means, and You are My and a gold lipstick holder. The third lip product I got was the Dior Diorific Rouge Khol Holiday Kisses Lipstick in the shade Intense Garnet. The last lip set I got was the Bite Beauty The Perfect Bit Lipstick Set which is a set of four mini lipsticks in the shades Sugarcane, Honeycomb, Rhubarb, and Cayenne all housed in a reusable red metallic tin.

The first skin care item I picked up was the Tatcha Luminous Dewy Skin Mist which I have wanted to try for awhile! The second skin care item I picked up the L’Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream because I wanted a pocket size to carry to work! Lastly I picked up a pack of the Sephora Collection Brush It Off Cleansing Brush Wipes to review.

The four items that I redeemed points for were a Sephora Collection Beauty Insider Tray, a NARS Matte Velvet Lip Crayon, a Bite Beauty Liquified Lipstick, and a YSL Foundation Sample. I’m super excited for all of these!

I’m planning on using this bag to house foil packet samples that I want to test out for a series that I’ve mentioned previously. This bag is the Sephora Collection Beauty On the Fly Bag and I love picking up these bags whenever I wear though one, one gets messy, or they just have a cute design that I like. They’re only $5 and are perfect for travelers and just keeping up with things like face masks or samples!
