About the Subscription: A beauty box subscription that gives you 4 – 5 beauty samples in a reusable cardboard box. Full-size versions of what you receive in your box, or just products you may want to purchase, can be purchased from the Birchbox shop. Each month you can either choose to receive a completely random box, choose one of the items in box from a selection with the rest random, or the Editor’s Choice Box where you know all the products included.

Well as you can tell I have no self control and resubscribed to Birchbox. I picked up a 3-month subscription to Birchbox during a sale they were having and I decided to share my November Birchbox Unboxing with you! I can’t wait to see if I actually decide to stay subscribed to Birchbox this time or if I get annoyed with it and cancel again. November Birchbox Unboxing Hair Care
The first item in my November Birchbox was the Klorane Shampoo with Mango Butter for Dry Hair. As my hair has been super dry lately due to the weather I can’t wait to give this a try…unfortunately the next item in the November Birchbox was the Klorane Conditioner with Mango Butter for Dry Hair. I’m happy to have the conditioner to try along with the shampoo because who doesn’t like to try the shampoo and conditioner together, however, I’m bummed that it’s a foil packet sample. The conditioner is a bonus item but I still hate this kind of packaging!
The third item in my November Birchbox was the René Furterer Karite Intense Nourishing Mask for the hair. I love hair masks and this is another hair care product that is meant for dry hair so I can’t wait to give it a try either. Just as a fair warning, this product is yellow so don’t be surprised if you purchase it and it comes out that color!
November Birchbox Unboxing Skin Care
The fourth item in my November Birchbox was the Vasanti Brighten Up! Amplifying Moisturizer. I like that this moisturizer has aloe vera, vitamin e, and avocado oil. I also like that it has the skinny nozzle instead of a small short one. However, what I can’t get past is the scent of this moisturizer. It, no joke, smells like Pantene Pro-V!
November Birchbox Unboxing Brows
The fifth item in my November Birchbox was the Lord & Berry Magic Brow Pencil in Brunette. I am loving everything about this brow pencil! I love how creamy it is and I especially love the marbled tip that it has! Naturally your brow hairs are like any other are with hair on your body, they’re not one shade from start to finish. This is the first brow product that I’ve seen that actually takes this into account! The only thing missing from this sample is the spoolie at the other end of the pencil but you can purchase spoolie brushes or even packs of disposable mascara wands so cheap that it doesn’t matter (plus I like to use separate spoolies for brows anyway)!
The last item in my November Birchbox was the Stila Huge! Extreme Lash Mascara. I’ve been wanting to try this mascara for awhile now so I was super excited to see it in the box. I’ll be doing a wear and breakdown test of this shortly, so be on the look out for that!

Final Thoughts on November Birchbox Unboxing
Overall I’m happy with the November Birchbox Unboxing. I got two makeup products that I can’t wait to try and two hair care products that I’m interested in trying. The only things I’m miffed about are the bad smelling moisturizer and the foil packet conditioner so that isn’t to bad!

It looks like there was some good stuff in there this month and the value of the products was great. I can’t wait to hear more about that mascara.
I really love beauty subscription boxes, but then I have a problem with them too. My problem is I fall deeply, madly in love with a certain product/brand, and then simply can’t afford to buy it when I run out. 🙁 This was the reason I stopped getting Ipsy.

I like sampling new products. I think it is a good way to test whether you like something without spending too much. I love this box and the goodies!

Before you even unboxed the Birchbox, I was loving the box it all came in! It’s been awhile since I did one of these, I need to try them out again!
That’s really lovely. You got great products that are worth trying despite getting that bad smelling moisturizer. I would honestly rather have one that doesn’t have a scent than a moisturizer that smells bad.
I used to get BirchBox but I found I was giving so much of the product away. I do miss the boxes, they are so beautiful!

I hate it when boxes send shampoo samples and don’t include the conditioner, or when they do, it is a foil packet. How do they expect you to decide whether you would want to buy full size products.
There are so many things to love about this box! But I also don’t approve of a nasty smelling moisturizer! It’s just not something that I would get. The other products are worth checking out though.

I used to love getting the Birchbox but was getting such a backlog of products I ended up unsubscribing. I found it so exciting to see what was inside from month to month though. This seems like a great selection.

I never tried Birchbox but I’m a big fan of Sephora’s PLay box. This looks like it is loaded with tons of awesome goodies, I may need to sign up in 2018.
