As you may know, I took a couple of weeks break recently. With Covid going on I needed a bit of time to get my bearings between working at home, getting food and supplies, worrying about an immunocompromised husband, etc. The first week or so it was okay, we had prestocked and we were nice and quartined in. However, once that stock started to deplete the worry set in. Instacart delivery in our area wasn’t happening, stores were out of stock of the things we usually purchased, etc. Now though, we’ve adjusted our menus and what we need to work around those shortages and have figured out a mask situation that works for panic attacks. That means it’s time to come back to the blog and back to the Beauty Spotlight Team Weekly Roundup. I can’t wait to see what everyone has been posting so scroll down and check out some amazing posts from the Beauty Spotlight Team with me.

Things have settled down here, but still cannot get flour for love nor money! First it was toilet roll now flour! Crazy times we are living in huh!
Seriously? As far as I can remember our stores are stocked on flour. My husband has a heart condition so we were told to cut his intake of things that consist of white flour so we only use wheat and we use it sparingly so it’s not something we look for that often.
Honestly no flour in Scotland! Any time I ask, the girls in the shops say folk must be doing a lot of home baking during lockdown! We are still in full lockdown just now, they are talking about easing it soon, next Thursday I think. But still pretty strict.
People here heard “we’re going to start easing up on restrictions” and today EVERYONE is at the beach -.-
