Last year Pixi Beauty did a set of collaborations with three influencers, see my first impressions here, and it must have done well because they’ve done it again with three new influencers. The influencers working with Pixi this time around are Chloe Morello, Weylie, and Dulce Candy. I actually decided to dedicate a week to covering these and we’re going to start with the Chloe Morello Pixi Collaboration. To find out more about the products check out the video below or just keep scrolling.

Chloe Morello Pixi Collaboration
There are two products in the Chloe Morello Pixi Collaboration, the first of which is the Pixi Palette Chloette. The Palette Chloette is purchasable at Target or Pixi Beauty for $24.00. If you purchase the Palette Chloette you get three blushes, three eye shadow duos, and one brow / liner trio. The Palette Chloette also features plastic housing, a slim mirror on the edge, and a sticker on the back that has the names of each product on it. The ingredients for the Palette Chloette are:
Now that we know about the Palette Chloette let’s talk about my thoughts on it. The first thing I have to say is that the blushes have a good light pigmentation that can easily be built-up without being patchy. However, all three of the blushes have shimmer in them and I wish that a matte or at least a satin without shimmer added. Moving onto the eyeshadow duos, all three are neutral duos and again all three duos are shimmer, not a single matte shadow in the bunch. I do think that if blended really well some of these could be used as highlighters for some people. Going from those to the brow / liner trio, these are actually all matte which means that you could bring them into a shadow look if needed. The three shades are a medium brown, dark brown, and black and all of them are richly pigmented and long lasting but the black can be patchy. Lastly the packaging, the outer packaging is a sturdy material and the catch can stick a bit but the thing that gets me is the super skinny mirror on the side. This mirror isn’t really practical for using and I’d really have rather just had an empty well that I could put a brow or eyeshadow brush in or a primer / brow gel for on the go.
The other product in the Chloe Morello Collaboration is the Pixi Lip Icing. The Lip Icing is purchasable from Target or Pixi Beauty for $14.00. The Lip Icing is 0.12 oz., clear with glitter flecks, and contains rose hip seed and marula oil. The ingredients for the Lip Icing are:
Chloe designed the Lip Icing to be used as either a standalone gloss or as a lip topper that adds a 3D effect to the lips. What I like about the Lip Icing is that it really does look gorgeous either way that you wear it. It’s also long wearing although it is NOT food or transfer proof. I also like that when I wear it alone it is very hydrating on the lips without feeling heavy and it doesn’t feel gritty, sticky, or tacky either. There isn’t anything about the Lip Icing that I don’t like!
Final Thoughts on the Chloe Morello Collaboration
Overall the two products in the Chloe Morello Collaboration are both pretty good, however, I probably would not repurchase the Palette Chloette just because I don’t personally like the amount of shimmer products that are in it. If you are someone who likes shimmer products or you like using multiple palettes in one look then this palette would for sure be for you because the products really are amazing. As for the Lip Icing, I would not only purchase that again but I would purchase it in multiple colors if they released them. This is one that I highly recommend!

The palette is quite pretty, but too warm for my complexion.

I like their makeup but I agree their skincare is my favorite!

That sliver of mirror confused me too! I wonder if it’s just decoration. All in all I like both of these products!

I love the blush in the palette. They work really well for me on the days I don’t mind a little shimmer. I think the e/s are a little light on pigmentation but I’ve done some pretty looks with it.

I was disappointed in the Chloette palette, I didn’t think the eyeshadows were pigmented enough. I did like the blushes. NY has some awesome holographic glosses that are just as pretty as Cake Lip Icing and they are only $8.

I like Pixi products but this palette not so much. However I do like the lip icing. Nice review!

I like the variety of shade in this palette, and I think someone who loves shimmer in their makeup would be happy with it.

I love all things shimmery but the colors are a little too neutral for me! Pretty still though!
