It’s around the middle of the month so that means it’s time to talk about May Favorites. Favorites are getting harder and harder to pick because I don’t like to mention the same things back-to-back plus companies are putting out some great items.
May Favorites: KL Polish
The first item in my May Favorites is the KL Polish in the shade Miss Honey. Initially when I reviewed the KL Polish Spring Collection this shade was one of my least favorites. However, after my nails grew out a bit more and I tried it again I fell in love with it. I’m actually about to do my nails for the week as I type this and I’m actually debating wearing it two weeks in a row. I never do that unless I’m just not taking the polish off and am wearing it chipped…you know you do it as well!
May Favorites: Macadamia Flawless Cleansing Conditioner
The next item in my May Favorites is the Macadamia Flawless Cleansing Conditioner. I’m actually hoping to review this in a few weeks but I just couldn’t resist including it in my May Favorites because I’ve been loving it that much. With this you don’t use a shampoo, instead you put this in your palms, massage into the scalp and bring down the ends, let sit for about 5 minutes, rinse completely. This partnered with the Aveda Pramāsana Scalp Care that I talked about Friday has left my hair and scalp feeling amazing!
May Favorites: Aveda Pramāsana Scalp Care
Since I raved about them last week AND I just mentioned them above I had to make the Aveda Pramāsana Scalp Care my next May Favorites. I’m not going to go into much detail on these because you can check out the review here but as I just said these along with the Cleansing Conditioner have left my hair feeling amazing!
May Favorites: Erin Condren Life Planner
Due to the face that it’s the middle of June and time for May Favorites, that also means it’s time for a new planner! I decided to stick with my Erin Condren Life Planner for the 2017 – 2018 year. I was waffling back-and-forth on if I wanted to stick with the ECLP or switch to a different planner but when Erin Condren announced she was doing an academic calendar option for the first time AND she put out that snazzy comic book cover I HAD to go with ECLP. After receiving it I’m so glad that I did. I’ve been using my 2016 – 2017 planner more than usual in preparation for going into the 2017 – 2018 planner next month!
May Favorites: Warehouse 13
My last May Favorite is the TV show Warehouse 13 that we just recently started. We’re only a few episodes into Season 1 but so far we’ve been loving it. PLUS we know that a lot of the actors that seem to be our favorites make guest appearances during the life of the show. Feel free to watch along with us on Amazon or Vudu as we’ll be talking about our progress in the restart of the Vlogs coming up!
Hopefully you enjoyed this month’s favorites. Let me know in the comments below:

I am a nail polish hoarder, so I totally want to get that shade for my collection. You have lots of good stuff here.
Cassie says
It’s an amazing shade, especially on longer nails.
Janel says
Those are some great products. I love the color of that nail polish. In fact I have two different brands in a similar shade that I accidentally bought.
Cassie says
I love that life planner oh my gosh! It is just so cute and I really want one! Also really keen to try that conditioner! Haven’t heard of Warehouse 13 but willing to give it a go!
Cassie says
The ECLP is the only planner that I can use consistently without getting bored with it. You should give it a try, so far it’s been great!
Karen Morse says
I love the color of that KL polish and I’d love to give it a try. It’s perfect for the summer! It’s always nice to see what fellow bloggers actually use and recommend!
Cassie says
I love Favorites posts / videos for the same reason!
Kristina says
I love that nail polish color. It’s pretty! I had an Erjn condren planner and loved it too. I need a new one for appts and things.
Cassie says
You should try her hourly planner then. I had the Plum Paper Hourly Planner last summer and it just wasn’t for me but I actually turned a few hair stylists onto it and they love it!

That cleansing conditioner seems great! I can’t wait to see a fill review on it. I also really love the color of that nail polish.
Danielle says
I was just thinking today it’s time to change my nail polish. I love that color, but I’m wondering if it’ll look good on me since I’m so pale, haha. Sometimes lighter colors don’t work well for me.
Cassie says
I wondered the same things since I tend to be very light (not quite Casper but getting there) and at first I didn’t like it. HOWEVER, after I grew my nails out it looked AMAZING. So if you’re lighter with short nails, skip it, but if you’re lighter with longer nails it’ll look pretty good in my opinion.
Ashley says
Aveda is such a great brand! You really can’t go wrong with their products.
Much love,

love a good agenda. I haven’t tried this one yet but so many bloggers use Erin’s agenda book, will check it out!
Cindy Ingalls says
I’ve also been debating whether I want to keep my ECLP into next year. I like it, but I don’t love it and I can’t exactly put my finger on the reason why.
Cassie says
I switched from the ECLP to the Plum Paper last summer and I was the same way about it. I liked it and I wanted to love it because of the to-do list add-ons and the blog planner add-ons but I just couldn’t fall in love with it. Erin Condren added the academic planner options and upped the paper quality and I’m ALMOST at planner peace.
Holly @ Life on Southpointe Drive says

Miss honey! Love that! I feel like that’s the perfect color between pink and camel!

I don’t know that I have monthly favorites. I’m much more of a girl that likes tried and true things versus new.
