I happen to change my nails fairly often, we’re talking multiple times a week. One of the things that I love to do around the holidays is create nail art or manicures that are holiday themed. I came up with this Christmas Manicure off the top of my head over the weekend and it looked so gorgeous that I just had to share it. I should also mention that this Christmas Manicure is super easy to do!
I started out with Zoya’s Kierra which is a gorgeous deep wine color. I did the typical two coats letting each coat dry before continuing on. While any deep wine color would work I found that Zoya’s Kierra works well with layering, dries fast, and lasts awhile.
After the second coat of Zoya’s Kierra dried I went in with Zoya’s Astra over the top. Now this part is completely to your preferences. I only used one coat in this step because a little goes a long way with this polish. Now if you’d like a bit more red sparkle in your Christmas Manicure then you can for sure go in with a second coat once the first coat ends.
This is what the finished Christmas Manicure looks like. I think it’s absolutely stunning and I can’t wait to share a picture of it on Instagram in it’s full daylight glory. Now if you think this is a bit much you can always alternate this Christmas Manicure by skipping the Zoya Kierra on the ring finger and just use two coats of Zoya Astra on that finger. Note that if you choose to do it that way you will probably need the full two coats as one coats is a bit light and sparse.
Hopefully you liked that Christmas Manicure make sure to keep coming back on #ManiMonday throughout the month of December as I’ll be continuing with the Christmas theme and will even have a New Years tutorial up closer to that time.
