Color Club’s Safari Sunset is part of their Safari Garden Collection. Safari Sunset is one of six colors in the collection and is a gold toned shade.
Application
This polish applies pretty well and dries super fast. However, you don’t get an even coat of color and it’s very streaky with just one coat. That being said, a second coat has this polish looking perfect.

Color
The color for Safari Sunset is absolutely stunning! It’s a mostly gold toned polish but there is a pink tint which makes it gorgeous in the light. I also did not find that this clashed with my skin tone or anything.

Feel
The Safari Sunset polish wasn’t thick, goopey, or thin. It also didn’t dry to have a funny texture or anything, it feels like a great cream polish.

Lasting Power
I did top this with a top coat and it has lasted almost a week doing my normal daily activities. I haven’t had any shrinking or chipping of the polish and the color hasn’t dulled at all.

Overall
Score: 9.5 out of 10
Overall this is a great polish. While it does take two coats to get even color, most polishes need the same as well. Aside from that everything else about this polish is great and I could see myself wearing this polish again and again.

The color is absolutely stunning. I like that it is almost a two toned shade. I can totally see the first coat being streaking though for sure, since it is a duo looking shade. Great color though and perfect for summer.

That is a great color.I would wear this its not over the top so its a great everyday polish.
That polish did look thin on the first coat. I’m so rotten when it comes to polish. I’m almost only an OPI girl.

This looks like a really pretty, and popular color for summer. I have a few nail polishes that are delivered monthly to my door. I need to look into this color club, yay for nail polish addicts.

Oh thats a great color! I have just started to do reviews on make up and such. I am terrible about actually getting my reviews done as I get so overloaded. I have sponsors who send me stuff and I write a review but I never seem to break out of my old as far as purchasing different make up products. As I get older I feel like I need a change. So I have been trying to educate myself by putting myself out there for reviews. I have some review videos uploading to YouTube as I type this. My blogs pretty old (not my foodie site) so it will be different for me to write beauty stuff since I tend to shy away from it. If anything, it will be fun and I hope a nice addition to my other websites.

This is such a girly color! I love light pinks like this. I try and keep my nails neutral and feminine and it can be hard to find that perfect color.

Pretty color, but I hate that it doesn’t give good coverage in one coat. I’m usually so busy that i don’t get more on than that.
That annoys me as well because it never fails the dog always needs to go out right after I finished painting the first coat. I didn’t mention it in the post but this polish actually does dry fairly quickly because the layers are so thin. I’ll make sure to start putting that in my reviews from now on 🙂

Love the color, I love bronzes especially in the summer, that is no doubt a sunset color with the perfect glitter touch. My nails need some new colors other than the norm I wear.
