Wow has it been awhile since I have posted. I apologize for that. I had some stuff going on in my personal life along with some deadlines at work that necessitated me taking a short break. However, when this showed up I KNEW I had to do a June Birchbox Unboxing. Keep scrolling to see what was in my June Birchbox.
Bumble and Bumble Primer
The first product in my June Birchbox was the Bumble and Bumble Hairdresser’s Invisible Oil Heat/UV Protective Primer. This is supposed to be a heat protectant but is also supposed to detangle and defrizz the hair as well.
Georgette Klinger Cleanser
The next product in my June Birchbox was the Georgette Klinger Argan Oil Cleansing Gel. This cleansing gel has bergamot, olive, and organ oil along with other ingredients like green tea extract to cleanse the skin.
Hero Cosmetics Serum
The next product in my June Birchbox was the Hero Cosmetics Lightning Wand. This is supposed to be a serum that helps with dark spots.
Label.M Leave-In Treatment
The next product in my June Birchbox was the Label.m Diamond Dust Leave-In Crème. The is a leave-in hair treatment that is supposed to leave the hair luminous while protecting from pollutants and thermal damage.
Pur-lisse Mask
The next product in my June Birchbox was the Pur-lisse Matcha Green Tea + Lemon Detoxifying Charcoal Mask. This mask is supposed to clarify, smooth, and exfoliate the skin.
Note: The value in the table below is because currently Birchbox has the 0.5 oz. listed at the $35.00 price. However, the photo on Birchbox’s listing is of a 1.8 oz. bottle. Keep this in mind if you plan on ordering from Birchbox.
Tocca Fragrance
The last product in my June Birchbox was the Tocca Eau de Parfum in Florence. Florence has notes of grapefruit, bergamot, and jasmine.

Final Thoughts on the June Birchbox Unboxing
For a coming back box, this one was a bit of a mixed bag. I am super excited about the Bumble and Bumble Primer and surprisingly the Tocca Fragrance. I am neither excited nor upset about the Label.M Leave-In Treatment, the Pur-lisse Mask, and the Georgette Klinger Cleanser. These are products that I really need to try to determine if they are for me or not. The product that I am least impressed with is the Hero Cosmetics Lightening Wand. This product claims to have a trio of advanced brighteners and when companies use vague terminology or ingredient descriptions like that, I get worried.

I have only used Argan Oil in my hair! A nice wee selection of things certainly 😀
Cassie says
Same. I can’t wait to see what happens when it’s used as a skin cleanser.
NeverSayDieBeauty says
I am a long time fan of Georgette Klinger skincare products (as well as the salons that no longer exist). I haven’t tried that cleanser, so I’ll be curious to find out what you think of it. I think your Birchbox was an interesting mix of products. I’d say it was a decent box.
Cassie says
I plan on using it soon and covering my thoughts on this box next month.

I subscribed to Birchbox for a long time but I didn’t find much value in it. Unfortunately this sub wouldn’t work for me at all. I hope you enjoy some of these.
Cassie says
I am doing the one year commitment so I am locked into it until December. However, I am thinking about canceling when it comes up again.
Lola Seicento says
Not a bad box, but I have so many samples and deluxe sample/travel sizes tucked in drawers and cabinets that I seldom gt tempted by subscription boxes these days!
Cassie says
I recently switched my home office from one room to another and wound up with four large gift bags of samples. I am trying to decide if I want to go through them and bring back my “Foiled Again” series or just toss them.
Cindy E Ingalls says
Too bad, that would be just a meh box for me.
Cassie says
I am hoping they get better.
