Who had money on me missing getting the January Birchbox Unboxing up in January? To be fair, I have been binge-watching a TV show and have not been up to writing blog posts while watching it. I ain’t even going to lie :’-) However, if you would like to see NOW what all I got in my January Birchbox, just keep scrolling.
R+Co Hair Lotion
The first product in my January Birchbox is the R+Co Waterfall Moisture + Shine Lotion. This is supposed to be a leave-in hair lotion that moisturizes and smoothes the hair.
Marcelle Eyebrow Pencil
The next product in my January Birchbox is the Marcelle Nano Eyebrow Liner in Medium Brown. This is supposed to be a self-sharpening brow pencil that has a precise tip on one end and a spoolie on the other.
Dr. Botanicals Face Mask
The next product in my January Birchbox is the Dr. Botanicals Pomegranate Superfood Regenerating Sleeping Mask. This is supposed to be a hydrating face mask that you wear overnight.
Anatomicals Body Scrub
The next product in my January Birchbox is the Anatomicals The Buff Stuff Citrus Body Scrub. This is supposed to be a body scrub that is scented to smell like grapefruit.
Birchbox Beauty Tool
The last product in my January Birchbox is the Birchbox Gua Sha. This is supposed to be an ancient skincare tool that works through lymphatic drainage. PLEASE DO NOT USE A GUA SHA WITHOUT FIRST WATCHING/READING ABOUT THE PROPER TECHNIQUE OF LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE.

Final Thoughts on the January Birchbox Unboxing
Honestly, I do not know where I fall on the January Birchbox. While these were all great size products, I am honestly not vibing with much in this box. Actually, the face mask is a 100% no for me as I am allergic to pomegranate. From there I have a brand new tub of sugar scrub I just purchased and they seem to be the only scrubs that work for me. I am super excited about the Gua Sha though. I can’t wait to try that out. Let’s see what February’s box is going to bring…
