Dermalogica Biolumin-C Eye Serum Review
Can I love a product just because of it’s applicator? If so then we can just end this review here. No? Okay fine but first we’re going to talk about the applicator. The Biolumin-C Eye Serum comes in a plastic bottle, has a glass applicator on the end, and a screw top cap. I love the packaging of this eye serum for multiple reasons. Most importantly, because the Biolumin-C Eye Serum has Vitamin C this kind of packaging will make it where the Vitamin C will last longer. I also love this packaging because it’s super easy to get product out and apply without contaminating the rest of the product.
Now let’s talk about those claims. This product has Vitamin C in it so of course it’s going to brighten the skin, that’s what Vitamin C does. As for the hydration and luminosity, the Biolumin-C Eye Serum does do both of those. After I apply the eye serum my under eye area, and the area around my eyes feels hydrated and looks luminous. I will say that the luminosity isn’t super obvious and it doesn’t last a long time but I haven’t been using it for a long time either. The hydration, on the other hand, is immediate and long lasting.
Final Thoughts on the Dermalogica Biolumin-C Eye Serum
If loving the applicator and packaging and wasn’t enough I’m a huge fan of the consistency of the eye serum and the fact that it doesn’t have a fragrance. Now I was sent this which means I didn’t have to lay down the $70.00 price tag. However, I also didn’t purchase the Murad Night Fix Enzyme Treatment which has the same price point and I’m planning on repurchasing that shortly. Due to how little of this it takes to use on both eyes I don’t forsee having to purchase this again anytime soon. That being said, this will be going on my repurchase list and if you need a hydrating and brightening eye serum you might think about adding it to yours as well.

This looks like a fantastic eye serum!
It was!
I haven’t tried this eye serum. I do like the brand, and have used the micro exfoliant by Dermalogica for years.
I loved the Micro Exfoliant!
I love an eye serum and I love Dermalogica. This sounds like a product that needs to be in my skin care routine. Thank you for sharing.
It’s an amazing addition to a routine if you don’t already have an eye cream you’re loving.
I always need a brightening and hydrating eye serum! I had good luck with Dermalogica in the past, so I would love to try this!
Dermalogica makes amazing products in my experience.
OOH something for eyes I haven’t tried yet. I’m always on the lookout for new eye creams and serums. $70 is a steep price but sometimes sales are the way to go.
Agreed. It’s sold at Ulta who currently has a 20% off coupon for Platinum and Diamond members at least.
Sounds like a great eye serum! The applicator does sound really nice as well.
The applicator was my favorite part. Easy to use and easy to clean.
