I’ve started to notice a few people talking about a new Maybelline mascara on the market. Which of course meant that I had to track it down and try it out for myself. Before I had a chance to though I landed an opportunity to try the Maybelline New Year Releases which consisted of not only the Maybelline Colossal Big Shot Express Mascara but also the Maybelline 24karat Nudes Palette and the Maybelline Master Precise Liquid Ink Pen Eye Liner. Mayelline New Year Releases
As of the time writing this post and filming the video the mascara and the eyeliner were already available to purchase. However, this particular eye shadow palette was not available online as of yet. If you like the way that the palette looks then you’ll want to keep an eye out near you as it may pop up in stores before it does online.
Maybelline Colossal Big Shot Express Mascara
As you can see the wand of the Maybelline Colossal Big Shot Express Mascara is a pretty decent size and shape. The shape does a great job of giving a lot of volume which I love. If you’re looking for a long lasting and voluminous mascara then you for sure need to give this a try!
Maybelline Master Precise Liquid Ink Pen Eye Liner
The tip of the Maybelline Master Precise Liquid Ink Pen Eye Liner is promoted as being 0.4mm making it ultra-thin. I found that the Maybelline Master Precise Liquid Ink Pen Eye Liner applied very well and stayed pigmented throughout the day.
Maybelline 24karat Nudes Palette
The Maybelline 24karat Nudes Palette is promoted as being comprised of gold neutrals that are influenced by “backstage beauty”. The 12 shadows consist of both satin shades and shimmer shades and range from creams colors to deep black shades. If you’re looking for a palette for nights out then this might be for you.
Overall, I’m loving Maybelline’s new line of products. The shadows have good pigmentation and last a good amount of time. The mascara is SO voluminous and lasts longer than some high end mascara’s I’ve tried! The eyeliner lets you make a wing so precise it’s ridiculous. If you’re in the market for any of the three of these products then head to a drugstore or Ulta in your area (or use the links above) to pick some up!

Maybelline’s got a lot to offer. They’ve always been like that anyway, I love the color tones of their palettes.
Maybelline use to be so iconic and I feel that they’re starting to get back to that.

I am excited for that new eye shadow pallet. The colors are amazing. I love trying new mascara so I am going to have to give that one a go too. That brush is rather interesting.

My teen likes the liquid eyeliner more than any other kind. She’d like this one stays pigmented all through the long day.

That eyeshadow palette looks comparable to some of the ones you’d find at Sephora! I need to pick it up STAT.
Some of the shades had better pigmentation and color payoff then what some palettes I’ve seen in Sephora.
I can’t wait to try out 24K Nude palette myself when I update my makeup for spring!
