It’s the beginning of December and that means it’s time for my November Favorites. Are you ready to see what I’ve been loving for the past month? Let’s head on in.
The first product that I’m loving for the month of November is Glamglow Poutmud Duo. I heard about this duo from Jaclyn Hill on her Snapchat awhile back. While I was at Sephora I decided to give it a go and I’m absolutely loving the lip balm portion of this duo.

The second product that I’m loving for the month of November is my Dior Forever Foundation. Sadly, I have to say that part of the reason I love this foundation so much is finally having a foundation that matches my skin tone. To purchase my first “high end” foundation I, mistakenly, decided to let the people at Sephora color match me, which meant they would do their Color IQ matcher, and boy were the results horrendous. I went to multiple Sephora’s and got color matched multiple times and each time the shades were to dark and/or to yellow. After I FINALLY found a girl who was willing to match me with actual foundations and not the machine I had my perfect match in the Dior Forever Foundation which then allowed us to match to other foundations more accurately.
The foundation itself is actually pretty excellent as well. It’s super lightweight, doesn’t breakdown, doesn’t look cakey, and actually looks like skin instead of foundation. I’m in love!

The third item I was loving for the month of November are the White Barn Bath & Body Works Candles. I specifically mention the White Barn candles over just Bath & Body Works Candles in general because I have noticed a quality difference between the two when we purchase them. Just about every regular Bath & Body Works Candle (or as the Hubs calls them “the ones with the more eye catching packaging”) has been a dud or horrible quality. They won’t burn for long periods of time without wavering due to the wick and the scent output is abysmal. However, we accidentally purchased these two White Barn version candles and were shocked at the difference between the two.

The fourth item I was loving for the month of November was the Marc Jacobs Lip Crème in So Rouge that I received when I hit VIB Rouge not to long back. I love how pigmented and creamy this lipstick is and I’m trying really hard to talk myself out of purchasing the full-size product, which is available to VIB Rouge’s only (sorry!).

The last item I was loving for the month of November was a handmade necklace that the Hubs got me from a shop on Etsy called HeartsInYourJewelry. I love the handmade quality of this piece and the thought behind it as well. I highly recommend her shop (and this isn’t sponsored!) but will mention that you’ll probably need to upgrade the chain to a longer one if you prefer longer necklaces.
I recently hit VIB Rouge, too. My daughters get lots of Sophora products from Santa. 🙂 I’ll have to try the Dior foundation. Right now I wear BECCA and I really like it for winter, but for spring and summer I like a lighter foundation.
The Dior would be perfect for summer in my opinion. I have my eye on the Becca Backlit primer for the summer to give the Dior foundation more of a glow.
I’m actually in the market for a new foundation. That Dior foundation sounds like such a wonderful product that covers well. I’ll look for it the next time I’m at Sephora!

Bath and Body Works is one of my favorite stores to buy holiday gifts. This White Barn Bath & Body Works Candle looks fabulous!

I so want the Marc Jacobs lipstick, the colour is so beautiful and so sublime. I need to get me this for Christmas.
The Glamglow lip gloss looks nice. I like the way it looks, and you have to have candles this time of year that gets you in the holiday spirit.
The handmade necklace looks like a really nice token and an accessory. The packaging for the candles also looks great.

I love burning candles! It makes our home smell wonderful and feel cozy. I’ll have to check out the White Barn Bath & Body Works Candles…they do have pretty packaging too! 🙂

oh boy…I went yikes and I cringed when you said the Sephora people didn’t color match correctly…the only way to match is by putting the foundation on the face. yiiiiikes. Glad you found one, tho
