When I learned that Angela from Hairspray and Highheels, Chelsee from Southern Beauty Guide, and Justine from Sleepy Single Girl were doing another round of their Pretty Little Beauty Swap I had to signup. The Pretty Little Beauty Swap is a bi-monthly swap that focuses on beauty products. The great thing is they give you a few weeks to get to know your partner to see what they like and then you build them a package. The package has to be at least worth $15, must include two full-size items, and can include items from your past subscription boxes (as long as you think it’s something your partner would like).
I was partnered with Rachel from Rainy Days and Rubber Ducks and we emailed back and forth for awhile getting to know each other. I will admit that my Gmail just didn’t like Rachel so we didn’t get to email a lot of times because Gmail kept throwing her messages into the spam folder. Still even with that issue we both were able to get our boxes out on time. To see what I got her head over to her blog by clicking here.
As you can see Rachel sent all of my stuff in this super cute bag from The Body Shop. To be honest I didn’t even realize they made little bags like this. I think this will look great with my other makeup bags.
The Satsuma collection is one of my favorite scents from The Body Shop so seeing these in the bag was a treat. I haven’t tried their spray fragrances before so the little bottle of perfume is a newbie for me. I actually just ran out of the Satsuma shower gel so I was super excited to see that.
Rachel sent me a few things from previous subscription boxes, not faulting that because I did the same thing! I am eager to try out this Age Reverse stuff. I always like new things to try!
The last two things that Rachel sent me was the Suave Moroccan Infusion Oil and an Essie polish in Navigate Her. I have been wanting to try the Suave Moroccan Infusion Oil since I first saw it on Angela’s blog, check out that post here, but I can never find it in stock around here so this was an awesome get. I’m also a huge Essie polish fan so seeing an Essie of any shade is great. I actually haven’t seen Navigate Her in any of the stores around me so I can’t wait to swatch it out.

It was great to get to know you! I look forward to checking my package out when I get home Sunday!
I was just about to email you the link to this so you could see it lol. I hope you like what I got you 🙂
I love that Essie nail polish! Link ups like this are always super fun. 🙂
allisonleighann.
Lovely selection of goodies in there.I love that bag its really cute.
What a fun swap! You got some great things. I have been wanting to try that Moroccan Oil too, so please tell me how it is. I see it every time I’m buying shampoo. I too love Essie nail polish. Love this color. I’m going to check out what you gave her too. Fun, fun, fun!
The Satsuma scent is one of my all time favorites!!!
Mine as well! I think it’s going to be a constant stock in my bathroom.
Looks like you received some great things! I too have a hard time find the Suave Moroccan Infusion Oil and want to try it thanks to Ange! I am so excited that you participated this round and I hope you join us again next time:)
I’m planning on it! Can’t wait for the next set of signups 🙂
I recently started using Moroccan oil and it has worked wonders on my dry, frizzy hair. I love it!
That’s good to here. I’m going to use it for the first time tomorrow.
Such a fun thing. I totally want to do a swap. Love this!! Great Essie polish shade too!!!
You should signup for the next swap 🙂
Looks like you got some awesome stuff. That Essie polish is perfect for summer!
So fun! I love that little green bag 🙂 I got some essie polish in my package too – a light purple color! I love getting fun new polish colors. Happy Friday!!
I saw that you got an Essie as well. Your color is great 🙂
You got great stuff! For some reason I have never been able to handle the smell of the Satsuma products (my best friend in highschool LOVED them) but I loveee their grapefruit products, yum yum yum.
I haven’t tried the grapefruit ones but I’m also not a fan of grapefruit scents so…. 😉
What a fun swap! I love getting things in the mail.
Me too. The UPS man is on a first name basis with our Great Dane lol.
I am ALL over that Essie nail polish color. I have one on now that is about 2 or 3 shades darker, but I like yours better.
It’s so gorgeous in the bottle. I can’t wait to test it out on my nails.
Doing a swap is a great idea. I need to join in the next one. Looks like you got some great swap products! I want to smell that Satsuma collection.
You totally should signup for the next one. Even if you’re not a 100% beauty blogger it’s a great way to try out beauty products 🙂
I love the idea of a beauty swap! I’ve got to get in on this next time! <3
Ooh all of these look so lovely! I think the Satsuma scent looks particularly nice! xx

That bag packs quite the punch! Great selection of products- especially the oil!
What a cool idea! You got some great stuff girl!
Now that looks like fun! I was participating in something similar for food bloggers. I have just started my first beauty subscription and received Ipsy last week. I also get a ton of products from other partners and sponsors. While getting to know other bloggers for my other website, this would be a great way to share those products too! Who doesnt love a little bonus pampering product.
Did you enjoy the food blogger swap? I bet that was fun! Did you enjoy your first Ipsy bag? I resubscribed hoping to get this month’s bag because the bag is gorgeous and NYX Butter Glosses are the bees knees, however, I didn’t get in in time.
I love love love Essie polish and the color is so spring/summer! Also looks like your hair will be well cared for!
I can’t wait to put the Essie polish on. And yes my hair is going to be extra well loved for awhile.
Wow, you got a ton of nice goodies! That bag is totally cute!
I really did! The bag already has a spot in my makeup cabinet with my other makeup bags 🙂
Looks like some great products. Great swaop idea.
I got some great products. The ladies had a really great idea with this swap.
This sounds like it would be SO much fun! I would like to see how well I guessed about what the partner they picked for me would like lol
It was great fun. Plus I was able to gain a pen pal 🙂
Oh, I really like The Body Shop! I used to buy a ton of stuff there when I was a teenager!
I’ve only just discovered them. I’m loving all that I’ve tried.
I’m loving the beauty swap idea! All of those look super cute too!
I love beauty swaps. You’d be surprised how different things can be from state to state.
I could not live without Moroccan Oil. It totally cuts down the time I spend drying my hair, but also leaves a nice sheen and smells great!
Ohh you got a lot of great stuff. I love trying out new beauty products.
I love that bag! I actually have that Essie polish. I’m feeling meh about it, but maybe I should try it again this summer? (I’m currently wearing a shimmery-yellow and my nails look like I have a fungus. It’s not attractive.)
Yellow polishes are very hit and miss and I hate when they make your nails look icky. I found the best thing to do with a yellow is to pair it with a pretty navy blue as an accent nail or a Colorful French Manicure 🙂
Um how did I miss this????
I really would like to try that Moroccan Oil, I’ve heard good things. Have you ever seen something and just from the look of it you can imagine the smell? That’s how it was when I saw the body stuff.
That’s a nice array of makeup, skin, and hair goodies!
The green bag is so pretty. I didn’t know Suave had had Moroccan oil. I use that on my hair and it is fairly expensive where I get it. I will have to try the Suave.
I love Body Shop products! They smell so heavenly! <3
That’s a great idea!
I love that Essie shade. It’s beautiful! OVerall a great package.
You got some great stuff in your bag! The green bag is super cute too!
Ooh! You got some nice stuff! I really love the color of the polish, and that bag is so adorable!
I’ve heard great things about the Moroccan Oil. These are great products!
What a cute idea! That body butter looks amazing. I’ve always loved the stuff from the Body Shop.
What a fun idea! I love the color of the bag!
I love that you swap with friends! Great way to try out more new products
This sounds like so much fun! And I love the Satsuma collection too. It smells divine!

The satsuma line is awesome
