This is another product that I found around the checkout area right before I was checking out. I was glad that I found this as well because I’ve been wanting to try this mascara for the longest time. I’m hoping that it lives up to the hype!

I saw this at Ulta before I went and shopped for my Rimmel Tutorial, however, Walmart didn’t have this quad in stock. After a week or so this was still calling my name so I went back and bought it!

As soon as I saw the display for this collection I knew I HAD to get something. The packaging for this collection is just GORGEOUS. I was only able to pick up this shade and the one below as they were literally the only two that my Ulta had.
Revlon Spiderman Nail Polish in Super Powered

As I mentioned above my Ulta only had the nail polishes in Spidey Sense and Super Powered which left me really bumbed. What really ticked me off though was the fact that they had JUST put this display up, I literally watched them unbox it, and they only had two of the polishes?
Revlon Spiderman Lip Gloss in Killer-Watt

The same thing that happened with the nail polishes also happened with the lip glosses as they were both on the same display. The only shades that my Ulta had available in the lip glosses was Killer-Watt, this gorgeous red, and Electro Shock, the blue below.

Due to the limited stocking I was only going to get the two nail polishes and I was going to skip the lip glosses all together. However, once I saw this blue shade as a lip gloss I knew I had to get it and try it out. I’m eager to test and swatch it for the blog (check back soon for that!)!
CK One Color Mascara in Black

I was really hoping that you’d get to choose any of the colors from CK One Color Mascara line and they would just comp the mascara with your printed email coupon. However, this is not the case. They actually have a set of mascara behind the counter of plain black mascara with the “Happy Birthday” printed on the box.
There are a few important things to remember: First off Ulta now requires you to PRINT out and bring in the email that says that you are entitled to the mascara, if you do not do this the cashier WILL treat you rudely. Secondly, take the coupon to the counter do not go and get a mascara and ask if you are supposed to get one off the shelf or if they have them behind the counter you will again be treated rudely and the mascara from the shelf WILL be snatched out of your hands and placed behind the counter while they get you the free one. NOTE TO ULTA: You lost out on a very large sale by having that second rude cashier. I was actually going to purchase the CK One Mascara in Violet if the free one was behind the counter (or a basic black shade), also the mascara was the first thing I did as soon as I walked into the store I had a couple hundred that I was going to continue walking around and drop in the store. However, when snatch and grab there decided to be rude I decided to end my trip and take my money and business to the Mac Counter and to Sephora (both of whom were very nice and appreciated all that money).

This is similar to what Sephora keeps at the end of their isles with alcohol and makeup remover in them. From the first time I went into a Sephora I loved how easy and sanitary these containers were. As soon as I realized that they actually sold them I knew I was getting at least one. I do believe that more are in my future. A full review of this will be coming to the blog soon!

I had just gotten a BUNCH of fingernail polishes and the hubs thought it would be a great idea if I got a few things that could be used with said fingernail polish. The bottle from above will contain fingernail polish remover, the kit above will be used for nail art, and I’ve always wanted a crystal nail file. I was going to get the large crystal nail file because lets face it it’s the better deal but they didn’t have any in stock and weren’t going to get any for awhile. The mini still has the case though!
I don’t have a picture of this at the moment but the cashier at Sephora was a lot nicer when I asked her about the birthday gift. I will be putting a review of this up on the blog as well in the near future.

I love the shades of the Spiderman lip gloss, I’ve tried them on the back of my hand and they weren’t sticky at all so I can’t wait to test them for the blog 🙂

I actually didn’t know about it until I saw them unpack it in the store. I hadn’t seen any pressers from Revlon or Spiderman about it. They really should have advertised it better because all of the colors are just gorgeous from what I’ve seen online.
That Killer Watt is so pretty! I can do some damage in Ulta and Sephora, for sure!
The muppet’s nail polish is a must have for me! Some say I am a bit obsessive about my nails. BUT it’s by OPI how could you not love it?

There really are some awesome colors in this set, there are actually a few other colors in this line that aren’t in this set that are just as gorgeous.
