My Sigma Wishlist on southeastbymidwest.com

Purchase: Sigma’s Website

Sigma products are some of my favorite to drool over. I want so many of the brushes and accessories that it isn’t even funny. I watch YouTube tutorials and see the guru’s using Sigma brushes and dream about the day that I can have some of my own. I just realized that while I dream about one day having them I’ve never shared any of their products really. Today I’m sharing with you 10 items from My Sigma Wishlist.

Makeup

DownPlay Eyeliner

Sigma Downplay Eyeliner on southeastbymidwest.com

Cost: $7.20

While I love eyeliner I don’t have a lot of different variations so I would love to add more eyeliner to my collection. I think that this brown is a nice shade that would look really good with a smokey eye that you don’t want to go to vamp.

Drift Eyeliner

Sigma Drift Eyeliner on southeastbymidwest.com

Cost: $7.20

I think this shade is another one I would like to add to my collection. I think this would be good for a glam look and also just all over the eye blended out on the edges a bit.

Paris Palette

Sigma Paris Palette on southeastbymidwest.com

Cost: $49.00

I haven’t had the opportunity to try Sigma’s makeup and I think this palette, which is currently on sale, would be a good introduction to their makeup. It includes 8 eye shadows, 3 blushes, and 2 brushes. Yes you read that right it also includes two of their brushes.

Brushes

Kabuki Brush Kit

Sigma Kabuki Kit on southeastbymidwest.com

Cost: $84.00

Speaking of brushes…Ever since I saw a YouTube beauty guru use the tapered kabuki brush I KNEW I wanted it in my collection. However, I then started looking at the other Kabuki style brushes that they have and I want them ALL.

Travel Brush Kit in Make Me Blush

Sigma Travel Brush Kit on southeastbymidwest.com

Cost: $75.00

Another set of brushes that I want in my collection are the ones featured in the Travel Brush Kit. Now I should mention that these come in other colors and in the Mr. and Mrs. Bunny Set as well. The kit comes with 3 face brushes and 4 eye brushes and a storage cup. Now what’s cool about this kit is that the handles of the brushes match the color of the cup. For example, if you purchase the purple handled Travel Kit you’ll receive a purple storage cup for them.

E30 Pencil Brush

Sigma E30 Pencil Brush on southeastbymidwest.com

Cost: $12.00

There are two brushes that you can never have enough of and that’s a Pencil Brush and a Blending Brush. Sigma’s E30 Pencil brush is perfectly shaped to be a perfect multi-task brush. It’s small enough to be able to put color in the inner corner of the eye, angled enough to be able to smudge eyeliner under the bottom lashes, and both of these shapes would make it the perfect brush to apply a shadow in the crease before blending it out. HOWEVER, the problem with this is that you obviously are not going to want to use the same brush for all of those colors. So while the Travel Kit has an E30 brush, I would prefer to have a few more, plus with the low cost picking up extras wouldn’t break the bank.

E40 Tapered Blending Brush

Sigma E40 Tapered Blending Brush on southeastbymidwest.com

Cost: $14.00

Like I just mentioned, you can never have enough blending brushes. When it comes to eye shadow one of the secrets to getting it to last a long time is Apply > Blend > Reapply > Rinse and Repeat. If you start adding in crease shades and colors in the outer corner you’re going to want a different brush. Again this one will not break the bank either.

F90 Fan Brush

Sigma F90 Fan Brush on southeastbymidwest.com

Cost: $46.00

Another brush on my wishlist is the F90 Fan Brush. This brush is a bit more expensive but it looks so luxurious I can forgive it for that. Fan brushes, by the way, are used to apply products like highlighter to the tops of the cheekbones.

Accessories

Brush Cup Holder

Sigma Brush Cup Holder on southeastbymidwest.com

Cost: $25.00

For those extra brushes, and the many more you’ll probably wind up adding to your collection after you start using makeup brushes to apply your makeup, you’ll want to splurge and get brush cup holder, or an extra one in my case. This case is great because it can be split into two cups to hold more brushes but then when you travel you can put the brushes all in one side and then snap the second cup over the top for more sanitary traveling. Also, these can be used for things other than brushes like eye and lip liners.

Sigma Spa Brush Cleaning Glove

Sigma Brush Cleaning Glove on southeastbymidwest.com

Cost: $35.00

The last item on my wish list is the Brush Cleaning Glove. Cleaning your brushes is SUPER important because they can hold germs and lose their functionality if not cleaned often. This glove makes things a lot easier, a lot less messy, and gives your brushes a deeper clean. It also comes in several different colors!

Bonus:

Sigma February Free Gift on southeastbymidwest.com
Currently if you order at least $30 (your subtotal needs to come to $30 or more) Sigma will include a free mini E05, which is an eyeliner brush. Also if you use the code FEB2014 when you checkout you’ll get 10% off your order!

All of it looks great but I really love the colors on the palette! I think those would work well for me.

Yay for getting up to 4 brushes! Just wondering what four brushes did you decide to go with first?

I didn’t realize at first either. What’s great is that each grove on the brush has a different function. One is for deep cleaning, one is for dragging across while rinsing, etc.

I’m in love with the Kabuki brush kit! I have just one big kabuki brush right now and I can’t imagine doing my makeup without it.

It’s top on my wishlist. I so want that tapered kabuki brush, it’s great for using setting powder to set the concealer you use under your eyes because of it’s shape.

My niece is crazy for make-up and very good with it. I think she’d agree with all of your choices. I, on the other hand, can’t remember the last time I put make-up on. I feel a little out of touch with it all. But all of those brushes and colors look quite fun and playful.

I have a million sigma things on my wishlist. The glove though, you can buy at walmart. It’s a silicone cooking glove that has grooves and stuff in it for $5.

Hmmm I didn’t know about this, how have I never seen this before? Oh could be because my Wal-Mart is just now getting in last years big items. Seriously they just got the Outlast 3-in-1 foundation by CoverGirl and the Maybelline Falsies Mascara! Link me on Facebook about this glove if it’s on their site!

I like that brush cleaning glove! I hate the nasty feeling my hands get when I’m cleaning my brushes. This would make it a lot better.

I agree! It’s one of the reasons I put cleaning my brushes off for so long. And additional bonus? It gets the brushes a lot cleaner than your bare hands!

I’ve never heard of a brush cleaning glove, but that’s really neat. I guess when you’re spending that much on quality brushes though, you’re not just going to toss them- you need to maintain them.
