Sunday Social: Fashionista Edition

It’s time for another Sunday Social post and this week the questions are all about fashion so I’m super duper happy. As always this post will be linked up with Neely and Ashley.

What is your favorite store to shop at?

Due to the fact that I’m plus-sized it’s hard to find clothes that fit comfortably, have good quality, and that aren’t super duper expensive. The one place that I’ve really found that hits all three of those is Cato, I LOVE their selection and so many of my favorite pieces of clothing are ones that I have purchased from their. That being said I would love to try out Old Navy’s plus-sized clothing.

If you could afford anything and everything, which designer brand would you covet?

Michael Kors for sure. I would have a Michael Kors cellphone case, several of the purses, a watch, some of the clothes (if they could be altered to fit my size), and TONS of the shoes.

Must have closet staple?

Shirts that aren’t super snug in the chest area. Even when I was skinny I had…a bigger chest area and that’s always made it harder to get shirts. Finding shirts that fit well in the chest and aren’t like a circus ten is a like being a kid in a candy store.

Favorite kind of shoes? (brand or type)

Wedges. I love me some wedges.

Best clothing deal you’ve ever gotten? (sale or amazing find)

Cato has a great clearance section, especially at the end of season, and sometimes you can find stores that are having a sale with an extra percentage off the last clearance price. A few years back I got a pair of jean capris, blue jeans, pajama pants, bras, dress pants, pants to run around the house in, some nice shirts, and some t-shirts all for under $40 TOTAL.

Style you’d love to try?

Gladiator sandals, however, I have super high arches so I’m afraid they would be to uncomfortable.
