About Influenster

Influenster, for those of you who don’t know, is a site that sends out boxes, called VoxBoxes, that have themes and are filled with products related to that theme. The box is sent out completely for free for people to review. You don’t HAVE to review the products on a blog or YouTube doing so just increases your Influenster score which will increase your chances of being chosen for later boxes. When you sign-up for Influenster you can choose 5 categories that you are an “expert” in. For example, I have beauty and fashionista as two of my choices.

 

The VoxBox

 

This box is the Something Blue VoxBox which centers around weddings. This box is geared to brides, bridesmaids, or even people that will be attending a lot of weddings. The hubs says that this box is lackluster but, in my opinion, this box is great for someone who will be in or attending a lot of weddings.

Urgent RX Lemon-Lime Headache Powder

 

I don’t know if I’ve ever mentioned this on the blog before but I can’t swallow pills. I don’t know why and it’s more than likely a psychological thing but I can’t. I can’t even swallow little bitty pills, they just won’t go down. That means that I love me some aspirin powders, I should take stock in Goody’s or BC, I’m just not sure about these because I’m not usually a fan of lemon and lime flavoring. I guess we’ll see next time I have a headache.

 

Precision Q-Tips

 

I’m not a big fan of using Q-tips in my ears, they tend to do more damage than helping, but I go through a ton of them due to how many times I will change my nail polish. When Q-tip came out with these Precision tipped q-tips I wanted to get them SOOOO bad but I was in the middle of another huge box of regular q-tips. Therefore when I opened the VoxBox and saw these I did a little dance of joy. Not only are they the Precision q-tips but it’s TWO travel size packages. I can’t wait to try these out.

 

Luster Now Toothpaste

 

A new toothpaste this both frightens and excites me. I’m all for trying out new toothpastes, especially ones that whiten, it’s just after that Optic White mouth wash I’m not to “rah-rah” about trying another one sent by Influenster. We shall see.

 

Kiss Eyelashes

 

OH MY GOD. False eyelashes. Lord above please save me. I do NOT do false eyelashes. I have NEVER done false eyelashes. Welp I guess there’s a first time for everything. Sigh. This should be entertaining, I might just do a video on my first time applying eyelashes at the age of 28.

 

Dr. Scholl’s For Her Ball of Foot

 

I think Dr. Scholl’s is not stalking me. This is the second Dr. Scholl’s For Her product that I have received to review. I guess the plus side of that is that I will have some very comfortable shoes here shortly.
