A beauty blogger and makeup guru that I follow, Emily, did a post on Tuesday that was the “Would You Rather Tag: Makeup Edition.” After reading through it I thought it would be awesome to do as well.

Would you rather lose all of your mascaras, eyeliners, lipsticks, and lip glosses or lose al of your palettes and eye shadows?

Going under the assumption that I would be able to replace whatever was lost I’m going to have to say the mascaras, eyeliners, lipsticks, and lip glosses. While I have more of them than palettes and eye shadows, my favorite palette is the Theodora palette by Urban Decay and I do believe it might be sold out everywhere.

Would you rather chop off all your hair or never be able to cut it again?

Again, going under the assumption that I would be able to grow it back I’m going to have to go with chop it all off. The Hubs can just deal with it being short for awhile. I have to go with that one though because when my hair gets to long it starts to give me headaches.

Would you rather have a coral cheek or a pink cheek?

I tend to go with pinks over corals so I’m going to have to say pink for this one.

If you had $1,000 to spend, would you rather buy clothes or makeup?

While I could probably stand to buy some new clothes I’m going to have to say makeup. While I do cover SOME fashion on the blog I tend to cover beauty and makeup more. On top of that I’m thinking that covering $1k of clothes would run out of material before covering $1k of makeup.

Would you rather apply lipstick as eyeliner or eyeliner as lipstick?

I’ve actually done this before. I’ve actually worn eyeliner as lipstick with a bit of gloss over it, I needed a specific shade for a Halloween costume and I couldn’t find it in a lipstick format but they did have it as an eyeliner. It actually wasn’t that bad with a gloss over it so I’d totally do that again.

Would you rather only shop at MAC or Sephora?

For this one I’m going to have to go with Sephora. Not only do they have good deals but there are more products to choose from, great Beauty Insider deals, and with every purchase you get 3-free samples which would give me even more things to review.

Would you rather only use one eye shadow color or one lip color for the rest of your life?

Oh my goodness that’s a tough one but I’m going to have to go with eye shadow on this one. I love my lippies and I have them in so many colors that I couldn’t imagine getting rid of them. And since my Theodora palette is really just a bunch of different shades of brown I could totally still use that!

Would you rather wear winter clothes in the summer or summer clothes in the winter?

Summer clothes in the winter for sure. With the heat and humidity in South Carolina I could not even BEGIN to imagine what going out in a sweater would be like *shudders* however, I have been known to go out in snow in a pair of shorts and then dart back into the house and jump under a nice warm blanket.

Would you rather have dark nails or bright nails all year round?

I would love to have bright nails but looking at my collection I think I would run out of bright colors to change into before I would run out of dark. That is a very depressing thought, so depressing that I think I’m going to say bright and I can always add to my collection right?

Would you rather give up your favorite lip product or your favorite eye product?

Lip products for sure. I’m almost positive that I could find another favorite lip product before to long but finding another eye shadow that I love as much as I love Urban Decay might be really difficult.

Would you rather only be able to wear your hair in a ponytail or a messy bun?

Ponytail for sure. I can’t master the art of a good messy bun (wait did that sound odd to anyone else?) but I KNOW I can do so much with a ponytail.

Would you rather never be able to paint your nails again or never use lip gloss?

Are you kidding me with some of these questions? It’s like they know me and know which topics would be the hardest to choose from. As much as I love my lippies I’m going to have to say never use lip gloss. I can find other lip products but I CAN’T not paint my nails. I think I would go crazy just staring at my bare nails just dreaming of the different polishes I could put on them. I’d be like Mona in Pretty Little Liars when Caleb goes to visit her in Radley!

Would you rather shave your eyebrows and have none at all or Sharpie them in everyday?

First off isn’t this question kind of redundant? I’m sorry but I can’t go walking around with NO eyebrows, I’d scare myself, so I’d have to fill them in with something and with no hairs at all it would almost look like I took a Sharpie to them. PLUS I know that Sharpie has that real fine pointed (it’s like a metal-tip) marker AND they have it in like brown I believe. So I’d totally pick Sharpie them in because with that fine-tipped, even if it was in black and I had to spend an hour doing them, I think I could get them looking like semi-real hairs.

Would you rather live without makeup or nail polish?

Makeup. I just can’t live without doing my nails. I change them at least once a week.
