Milani Baked Blush in Dolce Pink Packaging on southeastbymidwest.com #beauty #bblogger #beautyblogger #beautyreview #milani

According to Milani their baked blushes are a swirl of colors that are baked on “Italian Terracotta Tiles.” Supposedly this makes the color more pigmented, the product apply better, and the product last a bit longer. Is that true for the Milani Dolce Pink Baked Blush? Let’s find out!

Milani Baked Blush in Dolce Pink Opened on southeastbymidwest.com #beauty #bblogger #beautyblogger #beautyreview #milani

The first thing to notice about the Milani Dolce Pink Baked Blush is that unlike most blushes, where they come flat, the baked blush has a bit of a rise to it. I actually find that I like this a bit more than when the blushes come flat because I feel like I’m getting more product. This might not be the case and it might be purely psychological. I also feel that since this blush claims to be so pigmented that with the way that the blush is shaped it will keep you from getting way to much product on the brush.

Milani Baked Blush in Dolce Pink Pigmentation on southeastbymidwest.com #beauty #bblogger #beautyblogger #beautyreview #milani

As you can see the pigmentation for the Milani Dolce Pink Baked Blush is crazy! That is actually just one swirl of my finger over the top of the product. As you can see it’s a medium pink color of blush, it’s not to light but it’s not super bright pink either. In that swipe you can also see that there are little flecks of color in that base pink as well.

Milani Baked Blush in Dolce Pink Swatch on southeastbymidwest.com #beauty #bblogger #beautyblogger #beautyreview #milani

If you look at the swatch of the baked blush you can see that it has a bit of a golden hue to it. Those are the little flecks that you can see in the pigmentation picture above. As for application, it glided on so smoothly when I swatched it on the back of my hand. It is hands-down one of the best blush applications I have had. Using the brush that comes with the compact makes controlling how much product you apply to your cheeks a breeze! I also love where they hid the brush…

Milani Baked Blush in Dolce Pink Brush and Mirror on southeastbymidwest.com #beauty #bblogger #beautyblogger #beautyreview #milani

The brush and mirror are accessed by just lifting the little plastic well that houses the baked blush. I love it!! The last thing to address about this blush is longevity. How long did it last? I applied it in the morning and then went to a doctor’s appointment and ran some other errands and it lasted the whole day! I couldn’t believe it when I got back home and my cheeks still had that pink glow to them.

Overall I don’t just love this blush, I LOVE it. Honestly, if I didn’t have my Dior Rose Diamond this would be my new favorite blush. As a matter of fact it’s my new favorite drugstore and everyday blush. I can’t wait to try out some of the other shades in their baked blush line.

I think this one would be flattering for just about all skin tones and easy to just pop on even if you weren’t wearing any other makeup 🙂

This is a cool and pretty looking blush. I rarely use blush as I tend to use bronzers more, but maybe I should check this one out and give it a try! Thanks for sharing!

It looks like a lovely color. I tend to gravitate toward darker pinks. The only thing that bothers me are those tiny brushes. I like to have a longer handle when I put it on.
