Purchase: KL Polish

You’re probably looking at this post thinking, what is KL Polish?! I don’t blame you as KL Polish is not something you’ll find currently at your local drug store, beauty store, Ulta, or Sephora. Why? Because KL Polish is the nail polish line put out by YouTuber Kathleen Lights. This line is not something she’s done in collaboration with another company, like her ColourPop collabs, but her own actual company! This is also the THIRD release from KL Polish, her first release was the fall collection (you can see my review here), she released a single limited edition polish in celebration of her birthday this year, and then she released the spring collection a few weeks ago. To see what shades were in the KL Polish Spring Collection and what I thought of them just keep reading. Also, to see the polishes in action check out the video below!

If you can’t see the above video, click here.

KL Polish Spring Collection Coconut Milk

KL Polish Spring Collection Coconut Milk || Southeast by Midwest #beauty #bbloggers #klpolished

We’re not starting off the best. Coconut Milk from the KL Polish Spring Collection is an off-white creme polish. As you can see from the swatch above, two coats doesn’t offer a huge amount of opaqueness. That being said, the color does look really good in person!

KL Polish Spring Collection Hug & Roll

KL Polish Spring Collection Hug & Roll || Southeast by Midwest #beauty #bbloggers #klpolished

Getting a little better. Hug & Roll from the KL Polish Spring Collection is a pale lavender creme polish. As you can see from the swatch above, two coats performed a bit better than with Coconut Milk. That being said, I preferred the look of Coconut Milk in person but Hug & Roll is still pretty.

KL Polish Spring Collection Miss Honey

KL Polish Spring Collection Miss Honey || Southeast by Midwest #beauty #bbloggers #klpolished

This shade is one of my favorites. Miss Honey from the KL Polish Spring Collection is a warm meloney creme polish. As you can see from the swatch above, this shade looks the best so far. This will probably be a shade that go back to a lot during the spring / summer.

KL Polish Spring Collection Pistachio Ice Cream

KL Polish Spring Collection Pistachio Ice Cream || Southeast by Midwest #beauty #bbloggers #klpolished

This is a great Spring color. Pistachio Ice ream from the KL Polish Spring Collection is a soft green creme shade. As you can see from the swatch above, this shade is another one that performs really well. I really like this shade and the Hubs does as well but he says that it doesn’t look like Pistachio Ice Cream, more like Pea Soup ha!

KL Polish Spring Collection St. Clair

KL Polish Spring Collection St. Clair || Southeast by Midwest #beauty #bbloggers #klpolished

This is actually the shade that I chose to wear for the week. St. Clair from the KL Polish Spring Collection is a periwinkle creme polish. As you can see from the swatch above, it really pops on the nails. The Hubs LOVED this shade before it was even on the nails and liked it even better once it was on and topped with a top coat!

KL Polish Spring Collection That’s What She Said

KL Polish Spring Collection That's What She Said || Southeast by Midwest #beauty #bbloggers #klpolished

Her first metallic polish. That’s What She Said from the KL Polish Spring Collection is a rose-silver pearlescent polish. As you can see from the swatch above, it has a metallic rose color that looks like a cross between rose gold and silver. The quality of this metallic / pearlescent polish is amazing which I think is surprising as it’s her first metallic shade. I’ve tried metallic polishes from companies that have tons of them in their lines and I would have to say this is the best metallic formula I’ve tried!

KL Polish Spring Collection Final Thoughts

KL Polish Spring Collection Final Thoughts || Southeast by Midwest #beauty #bbloggers #klpolished

In all honesty you probably can’t go wrong with any of the polishes from the KL Polish Spring Collection. They are all great, all pretty opaque in two coats, and all have a Spring vibe to them. The Spring Collection is going to be a permanent part of the KL Polish line so if you head over and your favorite shade is sold out, check back in a few weeks as it will be restocked.

Those KL Polish are all so great but I love the miss honey the best. It is great that they are without harmful chemicals and cruelty free.

Oooh – I’m intrigued with this line because I love the YouTuber who invented it! I am glad you shared how to get it, otherwise I’d be at Ulta and Target and everywhere else trying to get one!

I’m partial to the lavendar, periwinkle and rose gold colors. It has been ages since I put nail polish on my hands, maybe I should do that for some pampering for mothers day!

What a lovely spring collection!! These shades are all so fun and perfect for the season! Too bad the Coconut Milk polish wasn’t more opaque though, I’m always looking for a good white.
