For those of you who do not know, I’m a member of a website called Influenster. The way that Influenster works is that you do reviews on their website, takes some of their profile quizzes to be fitted to campaigns, and then potentially receive free products. Over the years I have been able to review the Make Up For Ever HD Foundation and Stick Foundation, here, Formula X The System and Remover, here, and the Rimmel Stay Matte Foundation, here amongst other due to Influenster. Today’s Origins GinZing First Impressions are also due to the courtesy of Origins and Influenster. These products were provided to me for free to facilitate a review, however, as always all opinions are my own. To see my first impressions of these products, keep scrolling or check out the video below.
Origins GinZing First Impressions: Cleanser
The Origins GinZing Refreshing Scrub Cleanser is a cleanser that is described as being a cleanser and exfoliator. When I tested this on the back of the hand I enjoyed the gel cleanser feel of the product and the exfoliating beads felt nice and not rough on the skin. The scent of the cleanser was very citrusy pulling off the grapefruit and lemon that are in the product. I did not get any coffee or spearmint scents although it is formulated with coffee and contains spearmint.
Origins GinZing First Impressions: Eye Cream
The Origins GinZing Refreshing Eye Cream is an eye cream that is described as being able to de-puff tired eye and reduce the dark circles that go with it. In addition to that the eye cream contains magnolia extract to brighten the eye area, as you can see this is a peachy pink shade instead of a white base like most eye creams to help brighten the area. This also doesn’t smell like coffee, instead it has a “makeup” scent if you know what I’m talking about.
Origins GinZing First Impressions: Energy-Boosting Gel Moisturizer
The Origins GinZing Energy-Boosting Gel Moisturizer is a gel moisturizer that is described as being hydrating and lightweight. Like the cleanser above this has the scent of grapefruit and lemon but to a much smaller degree which I appreciate. Also like the cleanser above the moisturizer is formulated with coffee and made with mint yet you don’t get either of these scents in the product.
Final Thoughts on Origins GinZing First Impressions
Due to this being a first impressions post there wasn’t any real feedback just my first impressions, obviously, on upon unboxing these products. I will actually be putting up a review of these in about two weeks, to give myself time to try them out. Overall, I think that I’m going to like these but we’ll have to see how they treat my skin most of all. Make sure to check out the video above as it does have a few more details in it.
